Grown by Julio Quiceno in Risaralda, Colombia, as part of Café Uba — a collective of family farms pushing what post-harvest processing can do. This lot was fermented in a low-oxygen, nitrogen-controlled environment, a precise method designed to bring out clarity and fruit-forward character while keeping the cup stable and repeatable. The result is a Gesha that pours bright and juicy, with notes of watermelon, cantaloupe, and caramel.
